No Returns Policy
We’re proud to create unique, handmade toys, and we want every customer to love what they receive. Because each item is made individually, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a toy’s size, materials, or features, feel free to contact us before buying. We’re happy to provide additional details to help you make the best choice.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
